The full participation fee includes the following services:
- Welcome-Cocktail, museum entrance and guided tour in the Guggenheim Museum on Thursday evening
- Access to conference and lectures on Friday in the Guggenheim Museum
- Coffebreaks and lunch on Friday in the Guggenheim Museum
- Official conference dinner on Friday evening in Bilbao
- Full-time bus trip on Saturday (Bilbao-Eibar-San Sebastian-Bilbao)
- Entrance fee and guided tour at Chilida Leku Museum (exclusively for our group as the museum is closed to the public since January 2011)
- Lunch at Chillida Leku Park

The airport is about 12 km from Bilbao. The Bizkai-Bus A-3247 goes each 30 minutes to downtown Bilbao (ca. 45 minutes).
