The company Lange+Ritter GmbH, based in Gerlingen, is a specialised production facility for producers of fibre-reinforced synthetic form pieces. For 50 years the company has offered individual consultation and has notworthy partners such as Hexion, Hexcel, OCV and Cray Valley, offering services including - besides the consultation on choice of materials - tips for safe and ecologically responsible manufacture, development project monitoring, and process optimisation. The product Acrystal, a liquid two-component pouring and lamination system, is particularly interesting for sculptors, outfitters, and model or mould builders. The product is made from a combination of liquid water-based acrylic resin and mineral powder. It is non-toxic, odorless and water soluble - absolutely ecologically friendly, and contains no poisonous components or solvents. Acrystal is weatherproof, durable under UV, and self-extinguishing.
